You may just need practice, support and encouragement in doing so. That's where this free 5-day challenge comes in! We're here to give you the support + encouragement you need and the time you need to practice, with our guidance along the way.
As nutrition professionals, we can help you build confidence, knowledge, and trust in your ability to make food decisions without a strict set of rules. We use a weight-neutral, non-diet approach to health and well-being. This approach is well supported by science + clinical practice, and we’d love to help you implement tools + strategies to begin living a life free of food and body preoccupation.
No matter how discouraged or hopeless you feel, we have every confidence that you can find a peaceful relationship with food and your body...and we want to help you get there.

Frequently Asked Questions
Here are a few answers to our most common questions about the challenge...
We will not be giving you a list of snacks to eat...because just eating what we tell you to eat will not help you become more confident with food!
We WILL, however, be giving you our formula for building nourishing + satisfying snacks from your own favorite foods, and teaching you how to do that!
The videos (teaching + coaching portion) and the community will be held in the Facebook group.
The daily workbooks (with your homework assignments to take action on what you learn) will be emailed to you each morning.
You'll need to be officially registered for the challenge to get the workbooks, as they will not be linked in the Facebook group. The challenge workbooks will be available ONLY through email.
We know you are BUSY - you've got jobs, kids, and lots of stuff to do. We get it! We have planned this challenge specifically FOR busy people. All the challenge content is designed to take 30 minutes or less of your time each day.
This includes reading both daily emails, downloading the daily workbook, completing the daily homework assignment, and watching the daily Facebook live video. 30 minutes is all you'll need!
Of course, if you have or want to put in more time, that's awesome! You can spend time asking questions, engaging with the community in the Facebook group, or spending more time in your workbook or journaling.
Just a little bit of time each day, for 5 days, will absolutely do the trick to help you become a more confident snacker by the end of the week.
The challenge will be held in a Facebook group. We realize that everyone may not be on Facebook, but it is the best (maybe only?) way to run a large-scale, free challenge like this one.
You may wish to make a temporary (even anonymous!) account and only interact with this challenge group.
If you aren't on Facebook, you'll still get the daily workbooks through email...you will just miss out on the daily videos inside the group.
We will be going live in the Facebook group each day at 11am PT // 12pm MT // 1 pm CT // 2 pm ET.
This is where we will teach + discuss the day's topic and walk you through what we want you to work on that day.
We encourage you to be there live if possible (it will only take a few minutes!) but you can definitely access them later if you need to.
Live videos will be saved in the Facebook group all week long, so you can watch the replay at your convenience.
Absolutely! We'd love that. If you have friends / family who you think would love what we're doing in this challenge, don't hesitate to invite them to join you!
You can simply add them to the Facebook group, or send them to this page (eatconfident.co/snacking) to register so they can receive the daily emails + workbooks.
